Our support agreements are prepaid and offered at a discounted rate (discounts are listed below). Support agreements can be used for website updates, graphic design, training (phone or web), technical support and writing copy. Agreements are offered at four different levels: five, ten, twenty and forty hour commitments. Support agreement hours are consumed in ½ hours increments and overage is billed at the discounted rate.
Open Rate: $40 per hour, one hour minimum billing, and additional time is billed in half hour increments.
Five Hours - $200 ($40 per hour)
Support agreements are billed via PayPal or personal check. Overage is billed at the contracted rate.
All sales are final and refunds of charges are rare and based on North Country Design’s discretion.
